About Me

Hello!

Hello, I am a registered counsellor working part-time in private practice in Peckham, East Dulwich and online.


I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and attend regular supervision and continuing professional development.

I work integratively, tailoring therapy to each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have helped people in the past with depression, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and domestic abuse (emotional, physical and financial)

I also feel passionately about women’s health, including PMS and PMDD.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in public relations for over a decade. My own experience of therapy led me to retrain and move into work I feel deeply connected to.
